Structured Custom Taxonomies
With paintings spanning several mediums, series and decades, a tiered taxonomy structure was implemented to organize and display artworks by date painted, featured, sold, series and artistic medium.
Existing Content Implementation
Using text and imagery from the client's previous static HTML website, we launched the website with over 200 pieces of art, 6 pages of image/text content and client provided photography.
Email Newsletter Sign Up
Users are able to submit their email addresses to receive email newsletters about upcoming gallery showings and series debuts and releases. Emails and Newsletter templates are managed in the client's MailChimp email marketing account.

Before WordPress Web Design
The previous website was designed using static HTML and a legacy jQuery lightbox plugin. Requested artwork updates had to be implemented manually in the HTML pages, solely by the previous web designer.
After Custom WordPress Website
New artwork is added to the website in a manner of minutes, home page slides are dynamically created to showcase recently released series of artworks and gallery exhibitions.
Project Results & Deliverables
Since website launch in 2009, over 600 new artworks have been added to the website and Clifford Bailey's paintings have been displayed in over 30 galleries and private artwork exhibitions.
